We worked with the Chartered Institute of Marketing to pioneer
using the Internet to teach the skills of marketing. Our training
modules teach the skills to produce a Web marketing plan, understand
CRM and the techniques to create and implement marketing plans.
We specialise in creating the marketing content of the training
modules. This is a specialist activity, demanding a thorough
understanding of marketing and the learning process. We work
with our clients to define the learning outcomes of the training
and then to select, organise and create the skills and knowledge
content.
Our experience of both on-line and off-line training enables
us to advise clients on the best way to combine the techniques
to create a 'blended' training solution.
